Shriyoga welcomes 2025

My journey as a Yoga Teacher began in 2011, when I obtained my 200-hour international yoga teacher certification (Ashtanga Vinyasa and Alignment-based Yoga) in Singapore. In subsequent courses, I became an assistant for the Lead Trainer in 200-hour programs and was gradually assigned to co-teach segments of both 200-hour and 500-hour courses at a school in Singapore. A few years later, I completed a 200-hour Anusara Yoga course and collaborated with Shantaya School to do 200-hour and 300-hour international yoga teacher training programs for seven consecutive years.

At the beginning of 2021, I decided to establish Shriyoga Vietnam. Now, Shriyoga Vietnam has successfully organized 14 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) courses and one 300-hour Advanced Yoga course, all certified by the Yoga Alliance USA. The 200-hour courses focus on training yoga teachers with a comprehensive understanding of yoga knowledge, classical yoga philosophy, breathing, meditation, cleansing techniques, the art of teaching, and adjustments—helping students become fully qualified yoga instructors. The 300-hour advanced course emphasizes pain relief, mind-body healing, and therapeutic yoga, equipping students to support individuals seeking healing through yoga practices. Shriyoga is proud that recent courses have been conducted both offline and online, making yoga accessible to students in remote provinces and abroad.

Upcoming Plans for 2025

In 2025, Shriyoga will schedule two 200-hour courses, one 300-hour course, and prioritize enhancing the quality of teaching and learning in these programs. Additionally, short-term courses, including a 10-session Alignment-based Yoga Course, Restorative and Yin Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga Training, will be organized based on student demand. These courses will be held both in-person at the studio (136 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ho Chi Minh City) and online via Zoom for students from afar and abroad.

Upcoming Course Schedule:

P.S.: In 2025, Shriyoga plans to open its second branch in Tay Ninh City. We warmly welcome students from near and far and look forward to upcoming activities at this new location.
